Massage based on the principal of zones and reflex points in the feet,
corresponding to glands, organs, and bodily functions. The pressure on these reflex
points is used to relieve stress and tension, to improve blood supply, to promote
the unblocking of nerve impulses.

Swedish massage techniques combined with essential oils to reduce stress,
rejuvenates the body and provides an all round pleasant experience.
